What would/could/might happen if the judge jails the Motherfucker?

Seems to me there are two tracks on which to consider this:

How he would be held in custody

What his cult might do



I can imagine him under house arrest at some neutral site (not a prison per se) with both us marshals and a NEW detail of secret service agents sitting on his chest.

A few magats arrested swiftly will likely tamp all of them down.

That is what I imagined might be how it would all go down. I kept thinking a minimum security prison, but with secret service agents, a house arrest would make more sense.

7. House arrest is worst he'll get. Gag order really doesn't prevent him from his "witch hunt" schtick.

He'll have to be a little careful what he says about Smith and assistant prosecutors, but that's about it.

Of course, the gag order can be expanded.

an order to show cause why he shouldn't be held in contempt. He'll have to show up. Then she listens to his attorneys, but finds him in contempt.

It depends on what he said. If he advocates killing someone, like a witness, then jail is a possibility. Since he would be taken immediately into custody, it would be an actual jail, not cushy home confinement. Then, his lawyers will have to figure out how to get him out.

if the contempt is softer, then a huge, huge fine with a lecture. It's about all she can do, without creating a huge appeal issue.

Do you notice how each Judge soft peddles threats to themselves? I want one to specifically state that he can't threaten them or make disparaging remarks about them.
