he can still talk trash, etc. He does have to be careful what he says about witnesses and prosecutors.

What she issued was a partial gag order that orders TFG not to threaten or deprecate the court, witnesses, others directly involved with the case, but it does allow him to criticize Biden because he is neither a party nor a witness.

She denied the prosecution request in part and granted it in part. MSNBC is correct. And the Judge's name is spelled Chutkan.

You can't expect a news organization to know when to use an adjective and when to use an adverb. You'd have to be some kind of knowing-the-language super smart person to figure that out, and who has the time?!
