A neurochemical deficit means those neuronal synapses are just not firing. Of course, it could be a cerebral blockage, but one would think his level of medical care would have detected/addressed that.

sweats might be drug related. We know how impulsive he is. If he is yo-yoing between high doses of something and then goes for a period without, he crashes and goes into "mild" withdrawals which includes sweating. Have you noticed that sometimes he is very animated and speaks very clearly and doesn't talk about flies? That's when he is peaking. Then the next time you see him, he does the weird speech thing where goes all sing-song and talks very slowly raising and lowering the volume. It almost sounds like baby talk. That's when he's crashing. Factor in a side of dementia and you get the mess that is Trump.

He really is falling apart.
