Biden re Jordan: "I ache for him"

Asked his thoughts on Jim Jordan not having the votes to secure the speakership, President Biden says. "I ache for him." He then laughs.

the so-called "sane" Republicans obviously despise Jordan..they don't seem too upset at the possibility of being "primaried" by a Trump anointed MAGA clone if they don't fall in line and support Jordan's obscene quest for the speakership...

but they still don't like seeing some foaming MAGAt trying to hard ass her into persuading him to change his vote. In fact, I'm sure if someone asked the 2 who changed their votes to "no" today, that was a factor.

The fear factor has been gone with Biden for a very long time, I remember how he laughed at Paul Ryan at the VP debates when Ryan thought he'd Gish gallop his way through it. That laugh stopped Ryan cold.

In the meantime, these assholes are putting on a fine show, one I sincerely hope is giving us a preview of their convention next year. I've been waiting for a Donnybrook to break out my whole life.

In his blue jeans and soft shirt I couldn’t help but picture Trump in blue jeans and shirt. After a good laugh I moved on.
