I suspect the reason the Kraken plea agreement doesn't include felonies is so it will get the attention of, and act as a lure to others.

Anyone so inclined should enjoy a nice plate of calamari tonight. I'm a veg so I'll pass on the plate but I'm pretty sure I can find something around here to enjoy 💨.
