Powell is an unindicted co-conspirator in Jack Smith's case against Trump in Washington DC.
She has now pleaded guilty in Georgia.
will she have to (be compelled) testify against Trump in DC also?
Or will Smith have to indict her to give her another plea deal to make her testify in that case?

She can, of course, be subpoenaed, and she could have anyway. Her answers should she be subpoenaed will certainly be affected by her admissions on record in state court.
ON EDIT: Pretty much every pundit shw I've watched on this has brought up the federal indictment and her role as uninidcted coconspirator.

Thats the beauty here is that all their crimes are so intertwined, one we get actionable dirt from her, it should be like spraying a firehouse at a house of cards.

(14,805 posts).... say something entirely different. She does not want to do perjury. She is in enough hot water already.
Powell used her law degree as a vehicular motif to help The Orange Menace seize the reins of our government and construct a political Coup d'etat while installing him as despot/strongman dictator for life.
She is a Nazi tool/fool for the AmeriKKKan Retrumplican't Fascist Party, end of story.
After disbarment,... maybe she can flip hamburgers or dig ditches or somethin' of that sort ?
