If you only watch one thing today, watch Rep. Katherine Clark lay down the HAMMER on Jim Jordan:
"We want to make our own health care decisions in consultation with our families, our doctors, and our faith not with Jim Jordan."
She is on fire Katherine. Clark of Massachusetts.💙💙💙

(98,399 posts)You are right about her expression, the slight smile was satisfaction of Clark's words.

(5,545 posts)The city in which I grew up is discussing whether to follow Lubbock in making it illegal to transport a woman on the city's roads for the purpose of obtaining an abortion. I 40 goes through Amarillo, "Bomb City", I'm unclear how they could enforce this on a federally paid-for highway. Maybe just don't get off for gas or to eat.

(5,545 posts)hospitals, doctors' offices, and insurance companies wouldn't provide medical records to the police. Especially the police in an area where a court order would likely be rubber stamped by a judge like Judge Kacsmaryk. I would like to believe that. I would like to believe that purple unicorns fart peppermint rainbows too, and I think that that is more likely.
