If you only watch one thing today...

If you only watch one thing today, watch Rep. Katherine Clark lay down the HAMMER on Jim Jordan:

"We want to make our own health care decisions — in consultation with our families, our doctors, and our faith — not with Jim Jordan."

She is on fire… Katherine. Clark of Massachusetts.💙💙💙

All our reps are Dem and we just elected our first ever female governor!

I hope your situation can be changed.

I want to know who that lady sitting behind Clark is, the one sitting just to Clark's right (on the left side of the screen). I couldn't take my eyes off of her because her face was so expressive. I felt like I could almost hear her silently cheering!

Edited to add: I think I've identified her: Barbara Lee, California District 12. I just LOVE her reactions to what Clark was saying.

You are right about her expression, the slight smile was satisfaction of Clark's words.

The city in which I grew up is discussing whether to follow Lubbock in making it illegal to transport a woman on the city's roads for the purpose of obtaining an abortion. I 40 goes through Amarillo, "Bomb City", I'm unclear how they could enforce this on a federally paid-for highway. Maybe just don't get off for gas or to eat.

hospitals, doctors' offices, and insurance companies wouldn't provide medical records to the police. Especially the police in an area where a court order would likely be rubber stamped by a judge like Judge Kacsmaryk. I would like to believe that. I would like to believe that purple unicorns fart peppermint rainbows too, and I think that that is more likely.
