Is the NYC court in session today for the dfg fraud trial?

I can’t find any info on it b/c all is on is the Maine mass shooting. As horrific as it is, I take heart in knowing our new Speaker Mike and his wife are praying on their knees for the people in Maine. He doesn’t seem interested in forming legislation for any kind of gun control except prayer and I’m not of that mind. So..was court in session? Did Michael Cohn testify or is he dismissed?

Apologies if my post seemed disrespectful to the news of the mass shooting in Maine. That was not my intention. These events are heartbreaking and so unnecessary and could be a thing of our rotten history on the matter but, there’s no will from some of our elected and it literally makes me sick.

Cohen is done. Kise demanded that the fine be reversed. Judge Engoron told him to pound sand declined to do so.

Adam Klasfeld (reporting for Messenger now) live tweeted it:
