As someone who has worked EXTREMELY hard my entire life in management, often working 10 to 12 hour days, often working both Saturday and Sunday, I for years bought into the fake values of working hard to make the owners rich BS. I still think working hard is a good virtue but I also think she has a major point. Is life just about working ourselves to death and then you retire at 67 then die 10 years later. We get one life and it shouldn't be mostly a ton of work and sleep. It seems like most European Countries have created a better balance of work and home life than the US.
