Musk Goes Buck Wild in Bonkers Podcast Talk With Joe Rogan

Elon Musk made his fourth appearance Tuesday on Joe Rogan’s podcast–and did not disappoint.

Speaking on The Joe Rogan Experience, the Tesla CEO admitted he still wants to fight Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg, joked about Hamas (“Hummus? Chickpeas? Maybe we should cut off chickpea exports”), and spoke in-depth about his $44 billion acquisition of Twitter, now X, including a wild monologue on the woke “mind virus” and “zombie apocalypse” it threatens to usher in.

The pair were drinking a whiskey-colored liquid and smoking cigars during their conversation, and donned costumes for the podcast’s Halloween episode.

Musk, wearing a silk scarf around his neck and a long jacket, described himself as “half-dressed as the wizard of Australia”—while Rogan wore a Puerto Rico baseball jersey and blond wig.

During the nearly three-hour episode, Musk said his purchase of the social media platform was a “recipe for trouble,” but that he went through with it because he was worried it was “having a corrosive effect on civilization.”

Bonkers isn't a very far trip for Eloon Mush these days.

he not only jumped the rails, he went completely off-road into moon-man territory.

He was funny on the sitcom, fell off my radar afterwards, and now reappears only as an over-caffeinated punchline.

A co-worker loves the guy and asked me to listen to a podcast a couple of years back. His tantrum about UFO sightings preparing us for a fake alien invasion to establish a one-world government kinda had me convinced to put the lid on his jar of crazy.

The pathetic Sunak, and more than one person in his team, thinks this is the way to end an international summit about AI. Their judgement is crap; their desperation can be smelled a hundred miles away.

The tech billionaire is expected to attend the global summit on artificial intelligence ahead of this meeting.
...
At least two of the so-called godfathers of AI will be attending.

Yoshua Bengio has confirmed to the BBC he will be there. It is also understood that Prof Yann LeCun, Meta's chief AI scientist, will be there.

In contrast to the other godfathers Mr LeCun has described fears that AI could pose a threat to humanity as "ridiculously preposterous" and has posted critically about the summit on X (formerly Twitter).

There are serious attendees at this "summit"; perhaps it will achieve something, perhaps not. But I can guarantee that Musk will add nothing to it. But it's him that the hopeless Tories think will make Sunak look knowledgeable about AI. If Sunak is lucky, Musk will be subdued, and just spend the time making it all about him. If not, Musk will be deeply embarrassing. But the Tories are so fucking stupid, and such bad judges of character and ability, that this is their wish. No wonder they've driven the country into the ground. They're as bad as a Tesla autopilot.
