Of that number, 931,145 Pennsylvania voters requested a mail-in ballot and 95,082 voters requested an absentee ballot ahead of the municipal election.

People have to work on Election Day, stand in long lines or put up with the weather. Some states have people signed up when the get their drivers license. Some states only have mail ins. So easy and we should all do it by mail in. I think, anyway

I was able to fill out my mail-in ballot after I got home one night and have it in the mailbox a day or two later.
