Military rabbi to soldiers: This is our land - including Gaza and Lebanon

Military rabbi to soldiers: This is our land – including Gaza and Lebanon
The rabbi of the Israeli army's Nahal Brigade training base, Amichai Friedman, told soldiers that the Israeli public understands that "This is our country. All of it. Including Gaza, including Lebanon, the entire Promised Land."

Friedman said "we will be back," adding that, apart from the more than 1,300 deaths caused by Hamas' assault on southern Israel, the last month was "the happiest of my life."

Translation:
In the eyes of Christians, this damn month is the best month they ever had. This is the opportunity to return to Gaza and Lebanon (!) . Don't believe? Listen to the speaker in the video. morbid messianic ecstasy. And if we don't take the wheel out of their hands, we will all pay the price.

9. Well, with the way things are going, they will likely embrace him eventually.

Just like Netanyahu embraces Ben-Gvir and that nuclear bomb guy. Bibi suspended him and then a few hours later changed his mind

10. I think, in the aggregate, a picture is being painted of a government that wishes to wage war against a whole people.

Meanwhile, the US warmly supports that government with military aid and diplomatic support, apparently with no strings attached.

That's what I read when it deals with Hamas and its support.

"Hamas wants to kill or expel all Jews!" "But they don't represent all Palestinians!" (I'd want "all Gazans," but I'll let it slide.)

Goose and gander, let's strive for being equitable with sauce distribution.

I do know that much of the currant government is to the right of Bibi and have
espoused similar dangerous ideas include the cabinet minister who suggested
the possibility of dropping a nuclear bomb on Gaza. Bibi suspended him,
but his statement is out.

These videos will spread like wildfire in the Arab world and Global South
and put us all endanger.

Netanyahu backed down from firing minister who called to nuke Gaza

Later on Sunday, an N12 report claimed Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was convinced against firing Eliyahu by National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir, who is Eliyahu's faction leader, who claimed in private conversations that firing the heritage minister is "unnecessary and disproportionate."

Despite his supposed suspension, Eliyahu was still able to take part in a vote put out to the ministers by phone as the meeting was cancelled.

Think of the impact of such statement in Lebanon
Hezbollah and Iran will take notice just at the time we are attempting to keep them
from a full out attack on Israel.

Not a way to keep the Middle East from exploding.

6. Bibi has told us his plan since 1970s.

There is so much to know about Netanyahu - much history to read about and reasons to be very unsure of his
motives. People will ultimately have varying opinions - but I do believe that it's valuable to actually read a lot of history and different opinions and listen hard to words and actions - and draw one's own conclusions.

For me - I can easily look back to Bibi's recent visit to the UN and the map he held up omitting Palestinian terrorities. I remember the shock and disgust I felt from his visit. I'm sorry I don't know how to imbed a picture - so I searched for an article that had it if one is interested. [link:https://www.commondreams.org/news/netanyahu-map|]

Or go back very far to a very young Netanyahu as described in the historian Max Hastings 1970s book, Going To The Wars. Again I can't imbed a picture of the book. Background - Sir Max Hastings had been recruited by the Netanyahu family to write a biography of Yoni Netanyahu who was killed executing the raid on Entebbe. This is from the book:

At Bibi Netanyahu's dinner table in Jerusalem, I listened with crawling dismay to Bibi talking about the future of his country. 'In the next war, if we do it right, we'll have a chance to get all the Arabs out,' he said. "We can clear the West Bank, sort out Jerusalem.' He joked about the Golani Brigade, the Israeli infantry force in which so many men were North African or Yemenite Jews. "They're okay as long as they're led by white officers."

For me . . . I have many more instances that inform my opinion on what I think Bibi wants . . .
