5. When a judge has sole decision to decide your fate, be polite.

This will not end well for them.

But I suppose, at this point, they're just trying to manufacture grounds for an appeal.

"The judge YELLED at us! Because of that, you have to overturn the verdict."

Unless there is an extremely partisan panel of judges, like all Aileen Cannons, the judges talk and they understand trial procedure and argumentation. Not to say that people don't get overturned, but it is usually because of some procedural mistake, some glaring impropriety (again, see Aileen Cannon), or that the panel thought that the attorneys presented enough of a valid argument to change the outcome. Trump's attorneys are trying to support Trump's plan to try the case in the public. They are complaining about adverse treatment that any normally functioning person understands is warranted but Trump supporters and uninformed people do or MAY see (respectively) as biased. Trump is used to these bullying tactics working, because when he was cheating small contractors in New York, he was able to abuse the legal system. He is fighting the State of New York and the Federal Government now, not "Al's Roofing and Siding". His tactics will not work this time.

He kept talking over Biden and trying to provoke him into a reaction

Biden kept his cool and, as a result, Trump lost the debate and the election. I suspect that's how this will go as well.

Yes.
They will use anything they can to promote their narrative that all the judges (except the brilliant Cannon!) and the whole legal system for that matter, is against them in the most extreme way.

I think they will already be using the guilty verdicts coming as "proof" of that. And his cult zombies will believe that. But sprinkle in a judge losing it, acting unprofessional, and visibly angry towards their poor abused client, they will add that onto the mix as the cherry on top
