Why I am a Democrat and supporting Joe Biden. My 8000th post.

Because nothing is more important!

Democrats have compassion for others, and believe that:

• When every person
  a. is guaranteed rights, opportunity, and equity,
  b. can make a good living,
  c. is respected,
  then all benefit and the nation benefits.
• Government invests in its citizens.
• Labor and innovation create wealth.
• Productivity gains are shared with those who are less blessed than others.
• Government is by the people and for the people.
• The legal system protects rights, especially of minorities.


The repubs believe:

• Freedom means no regulation. Nothing more.
• Workers and voters are kept from uniting, chiefly by a divide and conquer strategy, i.e culture wars.
• Welfare is for the rich.
• GOVERNMENT CONTROLS EVERYONE'S LIFE.
• Whatever Putin tells them to believe.🇷🇺



And here are the Key Issues as I see them.

• Keep government from dictating what you read, your religion and your private life.
• The working person deserves a break rather than welfare for the rich.
• Americans believe in and defend the constitution because no American gains from harming another.
• Protect and expand medicare and Social Security so that health care is denied nobody.
• There is health, wealth and dignity for all when everyone pays their fair share.
• We fight for individual rights where others would deny them.
• America's needs are met by responsive, responsible government rather than bullshit culture wars.
• BIDENOMICS is a revolution in economics that upends the disproven theory of "trickle down" that gave us "The one-percent economy". It makes the country stronger and more stable.

6. The rest of the world sees it in simpler term.

Biden is someone who is level headed and runs the country for the good of all its citizens.

Other countries feel comfortable dealing with the US under the Biden administration. (Most of them, anyway)

Things you couldn't say about the orange one.

And they prefer not to go back to those WTF? days!
