The NY Times Siena poll - MOE 4-5% in each state???

Last edited Tue Nov 7, 2023, 01:02 PM - Edit history (2)

That’s garbage. Yeah the media is running with but they shouldn’t have even released that hot mess.

MOE = Margin of Error. Any poll over 3% isn’t generally considered to be a good reliable poll.

The poll was conducted between Oct. 22 and Nov. 3, and the margin of error was between 4.4 and 4.8 percentage points in each state.

They are usually close but with abortion being so much of an issue, they may be silent or bent on who they question in that regard. IMO.

We don't all know every possible abbreviation out there, and this one isn't remotely obvious.
