An elderly American has been arrested after a gunman was caught on camera walking up to environmental protesters blocking a Panamanian highway Tuesday and blasting two of them to death.
Disturbing footage showed a man with gray hair and glasses casually approaching the blockade on the Pan-American Highway and waving his finger while arguing with the demonstrators before pulling out a gun and opening fire.
Other footage showed people standing around bodies in the road in the Chame sector west of Panama City as well as the gunman being cuffed and led to a squad car.
Police later shared a photo of the suspect handcuffed to a pipe as he was identified as Kenneth Darlington, 77, a lawyer and professor who holds dual citizenship in the US and Panama, according to Newsroom Panama and Agence France-Presse.
------------
Panama President Laurentino Cortizo sent his condolences to the dead protesters families, saying that such a crime has no place in his nations supportive society.

He was released on bail and claimed that these weapons were part of a collection. According to local reports, he has been linked to Panamanian accountant Marc Harris, who was convicted of money laundering and tax evasion in the United States.

That is completely nonsensical, but I don't agree with your statement either.
1) Violence and violent sentiment against eco-protesters started a long time before tRump.
2) This is Panama.
3) The guy lives in Panama. He's 77, retired, so he's probably been living there for quite some time, probably before tRump even came down the escalator.
You are welcome to provide evidence of some explicit connection. If you invoke something vague like "tRump generates stochastic terrorism" I'll be unimpressed. That's okay, you don't have to impress me, but it won't help your thesis. It's not in the US.
