So when will the corporate media finally realize that WE, in fact, are the "mainstream"? They still constantly act as though the MAGAts and Talibangelists are "mainstream voters", ignoring the fact that most of the country seems to be pretty much like those of us here on DU.

I was told "Follow the dollar". In today's America, in matters of support, people frequently first consider "Which position is more profitable?". A sad commentary on what we've become, due in large part to unbridled capitalism.

2. WE progressives are the majority. It's been that way for several decades

You could probably say it's been that way since Ronald Reagan was president. The electoral college is what's keeping the GOP's head above water and they know it.

It's growing very tiring for US in the progressive majority to accept dictated bills from the minority, the GOP who represent the minority.
