The implication here is that the courts, DOJ, and media are arms of the Democratic Party. That plays into Trump's narrative of being the victim of a politically motivated witch hunt. Or perhaps that's just my interpretation and the artist meant something else.

(6,356 posts)For those who aren't familiar with his "work," Ben Garrison regularly depicts dim donnie as a golden Adonis with chiseled abs, striding above (and through) all the liberals and RINOs who oppose him. It's delusional drivel and Varvel's toon isn't any better.
Plenty of good ones, though! I think my favorite is Horsey's "speedy trial."
