Deep red district notwithstanding. Even if Gaetz somehow lost a primary or GE race in '24, he could resurface in the 2026 governor's race. If he won that nomination, one could hope that enough Floridians who might otherwise have considered voting for a GOP candidate would perceive Gaetz as being too far off the crazy deep end.

If we get loud and work like hell, maybe we flip many seats.

Gaetz needs to be in prison though not in office.

Spend money elsewhere to get any Dem elected in Florida which is more red than ever. Look what happened in blue Miami area that flipped to red last election.

He’s in an R+19 district. The voters in his district like him.

One lesson I learned long ago was not to make emotional decisions about supporting candidates. I don’t care if someone’s running against Gays or Greene or Jorden. I need a compelling explanation of how they think they can win.
