If Jon Cardin were to seek the Democratic nomination for his uncle's US Senate seat, Who does he hurt the most?

Cardin received 30 percent of the popular vote in the 2014 Democratic primary race for MD Attorney General. Cardin,Alsobrooks,and Trone will each get 30 percent of the popular vote. The minor candidates will get a total of 10 percent of the popular vote.

Alsobrooks- 35 percent of the popular vote.
Trone- 30 percent of the popular vote.
Cardin- 25 percent of the popular vote.
Other- 10 percent of the popular vote.
