re the beneficiaries of democracy.

I don’t deal with views. I like empirical evidence so I’ll pass on views on moral superiority except to say that all world powers fail on matters morality. Self interest is what drives them.

Fortunately my library's extended system has about a dozen of his books, including Democracy for the Few and another great read, The Face of Imperialism. He's also a riveting figure in several documentaries I've seen.
