Gaza hospitals turned into 'death zone' by injured kids after Israel air strikes

As Israel concentrated heavy air strikes on the south of the Gaza Strip and the cities of Khan Younis and Rafah, the government media office in Gaza claimed 700 Palestinians had been killed in the past 24 hours.

James Elder, spokesman for Unicef, the United Nations Children’s Fund, described conditions inside al-Nassar hospital in Khan Younis.

He said: “Everywhere you turn to, there are children with third-degree burns, shrapnel wounds, brain injuries and broken bones.

“Mothers crying over children who look as if they are hours away from death. It seems like a death zone now.”

to the human race to think that an alleged "democracy" is behaving in such a heartless manner. How many innocent Palestinians have to die to satisfy Nuttyahoo's revenge?

3. Well, if you kill all the children, you also kill the future for Palestinians.

Israel told all the Palestinians to go south, and now they’re unleashing heavy bombs on the south. Where do they think Palestinian children can go to be safe when they are bombing all of Gaza? I believe there are Israelis who do not support the killing of Palestinian children. Why are they doing nothing to atop it? They were protesting by the hundreds of thousands when Netanyahu threatened their Supreme Court. Now, nothing.

See "Dozens attend protest in Tel Aviv against Israeli bombardment of Gaza": https://www.theguardian.com/world/2023/dec/03/protest-tel-aviv-against-israel-gaza

While the numbers in public are small, I anticipate more will speak up.

Hundreds of thousands should be calling for Netanyahu’s resignation.

5. IDF needs to ease up with these 500 and 2,000 pounders from 10,000 ft. Time to move in with ground operations.

Way less safe for them but that is the cost of having a nation in the Middle East.

Absolutely maximizing safety of own troops may result is tactics that are very deadly for non-combatants.

Convert this into a police investigation and arrest action. Go in with armor, personnel carriers, dismounted troops, round up Hamas block by block and send them back to Israel for arrest and trial. Turning Gaza into Grozny is not going to give them the result they want or expect.
