Aiding and abetting in the cover-up of crimes/obstruction of justice. He should already be disqualified from holding office under the 14th Amendment, Section 3, for his role in actively contributing to the coup attempt.

We have some folks caught on camera doing wrong and bad things, - but we like what they did so Congress is going to aid and abet their evasion of justice.

Congressional Chrischin, Mikey Wetpants, doesn't want to shame/disgrace the criminal insurrectionists? How incredibly decent of him. But when it came to Hunter Biden and his dad, crisp, clear photos of Hunter's willy were fair game.
In the immortal words of Bea Arthur (as Maud): God'll get you for that, Mikey!

Tue Dec 5, 2023, 04:32 PM

Let's say the bank was robbed by 6 thugs who forgot to cover their faces with masks. A bank patron died in the robbery.

Let's also say that I was in sympathy to the plights of the robbers...Robin Hood storyline and such.

What if - before I turned the surveillance video over to the cops - I blurred the faces of the robbers because I didn't want them to be retaliated against and charged by the FBI.

Did I commit a crime? Is this evidence tampering? Accessory after the fact? Something else?

I'm almost sure it's a crime. It sounds like Mike "the asshole" Johnson (his crime name) is actually going to commit a crime and try to draw FBI charges intentionally so he can claim partisan prosecution and stir up a civil war.

I find it fascinating that the Leader of the MAGA GOP, and Speaker of the House knows just who to obscure and who to not. He's got a list and he's checking it twice?

Let the people who are really and truly defending the Constitution of the U.S. release the unredacted, unblurred copies of the tapes. Let the chips fall, minimize this idiot's self-importance, and maybe allow the dedicated private citizens who scrutinize the tapes will help id even more of the traitors in the videos.

Mike must be asked again and again "If this were so, why didn't go out to greet them?" Or was he pissing his pants and running away like Hawley and all the rest of the hypocrites,

It's amazing how many conservatives believe that law enforcement treats some people unfairly, they just want punishment for other people they don't like.

It doesn't work that way, Mikey. Johnson just risked being charged as an accessory to the insurrection, or obstruction of justice at the very least.
