(10,333 posts)...which means that they will be more widely circulated than they have been, which means that the odds of someone seeing a neighbor, a coworker, a family member, etc. attempting to overthrow our government on one of these videos and turning them into the DOJ for prosecution is much more likely -- hence, the face blurring.

Let's also say that I was in sympathy to the plights of the robbers...Robin Hood storyline and such.
What if - before I turned the surveillance video over to the cops - I blurred the faces of the robbers because I didn't want them to be retaliated against and charged by the FBI.
Did I commit a crime? Is this evidence tampering? Accessory after the fact? Something else?
I'm almost sure it's a crime. It sounds like Mike "the asshole" Johnson (his crime name) is actually going to commit a crime and try to draw FBI charges intentionally so he can claim partisan prosecution and stir up a civil war.
