Y'all libruls listen up: he doesn't believe the scenario that if Russia beats Ukraine it will continue to roll across Europe. It's just an excuse to spend more money. And he's got the deep southern preacher voice to prove it.
This is who is controlling not only the domestic agenda of out country but now the global agenda as well. Literally dumber than a box of rocks. And the corporate media will continue to present this viewpoint as a valid alternative.
Just heard this idiot say this on CNN a few minutes ago.

There was no pine box involved when he was announced as Auburns new coach less than a week later.

(24,930 posts)degrees or lack thereof. It's a slippery slope. I'm proud of my Masters from a state college but others would scoff. So I'd rather not go there. But he obviously hasn't made much intellectual effort to inform himself of world affairs or domestic affairs either.

(18,541 posts)Yeah, Tuberville was no Rhodes Scholar, that's for sure. And the guy doesn't have the necessary qualifications or experience to be a U.S. Senator. Obviously, voters in Alabama, where football is a religion, got exactly what they deserve. It's a shame the rest of the country has to suffer.

(15,820 posts)Like that's our goal, not protecting democracy. Just throwing away money for no reason.
Tuberville believes this nonsense because he listens to RW media, which flatters his self-image because it gives him someone to look down on. But he really hasn't thought this through.
Nobody wants to spend money for no reason. They have reasons, they're just ones you disagree with.
If you listen to too much partisan media, you'll start to believe their caricatures of the other side are real, and you'll make stupid mistakes like this.
