China, of course.
India and Iran and other mid-east countries under the rule of theocracy - which itself is a dictatorship.
Many countries ruled by one party with total authority - obviously Russia as a prime example.

The US is working its way towards a blend of theocracy and plutocracy (the rich people) with democracy being kicked to the ditch. They may keep the trappings in place but, just like the others, it's window dressing for stealing from the poor to enrich the wealthy.
