Seriously though, it's certainly possible that will happen but I wouldn't bet on it. Especially if the SC takes the 14th amendment case and rules against. And especially, especially if the SC opines that Jan 06 was not in law an insurrection or if Trump was not the instigator.

In particular, I believe the DC trial is going to start in March, like it's supposed to, and he's going to be convicted. When that happens, I think it will shake things up in ways we can't even imagine yet!
