The shaman guy, is running for some office in Florida so that would include him because he was in the military and they swear the oath as well.

That would, theoretically, include the enablers currently in office, state and federal. Man, that would get rid of the supermajority of magats in my state legislature. It would be like the destruction of Mordor around here.
