2. If true, that Colorado SCOTUS deemed 1/6/21 an Insurrection, I would hope that the US SCOTUS

would affirm this point....it's an important American History moment. Will they decline to hear or hear and hide behind procedural issues?

All three of the dissenters argued at length that some sort of adjudication of much higher degree than the lower court hearing was necessary to determine the issue of whether Trump was an insurrectionist.

I can’t give you her name right now but she was supposedly an expert on the court. I tried but couldn’t determine how she arrived at her statement. I couldn’t get an unequivocal answer one way or the other. Maybe she was referring to the lower court ruling which was 1/0 on the question. I’m planning on watching the rerun later.
