Cops recover second sex video involving scandal-plagued Moms for Liberty leader

Police have reportedly recovered a second sex video involving Bridget Ziegler, a leader of the Moms for Liberty group that is dedicated to banning books that purportedly contain sexually explicit content from schools.

The Florida Trident reports that police recovered the video while investigating rape accusations against her husband, Christian Ziegler, who earlier this month was suspended from his role as Florida Republican Party chairman.

Sources tell the Florida Trident that the new video involves the Moms for Liberty leader "engaging in sexual relations with a woman," although it's not known at this point whether it's with the same woman who accused her husband of raping her.

"In response to a specific public record request for that video, the Sarasota Police Department on Thursday asserted the video was exempt from disclosure due to the ongoing criminal investigation," writes the Trident. "The video, according to sources, was obtained by police after a search warrant was executed on Christian Ziegler’s cell phone and Google account in November to recover evidence in connection with the alleged rape."

I'm a lesbian, and my perspective is that these people get off on living a "bad" secret life while simultaneously living a "good" bossy life.

She might be gay or bi, but I don't think that's really the issue. The issue is that she and her husband have this weird obsession with bossing around everybody else when it comes to sex, and then engaging in private sex that prudes consider "bad." That's a pathology.

As a gay person I’ve encountered people like that in similar situations and agree with you, when it it a crime and pathological you can still sympathize with their mental health struggle that led them to commit the offenses but they are still offenses when they meet the definition (the gay/lgbtq identity is actually fairly irrelevant, merely controversial in parties/states that don’t like to acknowledge or accept it, it would be the same with straight offenders in a parallel situation with some other aspect).

… if she’s an emotionally damaged person wrestling with conflicted feelings, or if she’s an asshole who feels above reproach and simply likes to inflict suffering on others. Perhaps it’s most likely she’s somewhere in between. And I guess that warrants both empathy and criticism.
