Let's stop for a moment and consider the sheer discordance

of the corporate media's narrative as we head into the 2024 election. Rs can ship migrants to blue states, refuse to negotiate in good faith on immigration, and use racial slurs to smear immigrants, then blame the mess on Biden.

Rs can refuse to admit that the economy is strong no matter what the statistics show and fill the airwaves with doom and gloom. Biden then gets the blame for a "bad" economy no matter what the facts say.

Cheato can be facing 91 felony charges, and guilty verdicts in civil cases, and that is somehow "helping" him. This narrative is a particular favorite of the corporate media. Repeating it multiple times every time his legal cases are mentioned, sometimes to the exclusion of the actual evidence, is a form of propaganda.

Biden can sometimes stutter or speak softly and walk with a stiff gate and it means he is too old. Cheato can demonstrate real signs of dementia and he is forceful amd strong.

I'm sure I've left some out, but the corporate media is making sure that we have a very rough road ahead. The first step to countering that is recognizing and neutralizing that narrative.

And they were saying Biden’s in trouble and mentioned the orange maggot as president instead of ex president and that he could win in November because of bad economy and inflation and the war in the middle East. I had to turn it off! Luckily the evening news refers to him as the ex president and is not constantly attacking President Biden.

The Dems need to make themselves "unavailable" to the corporate media. The Republican'ts did this years ago, and the MSM bent over backwards to get them back on the air. "Please, please Mr. RWNJ. You bring ratings for us. We'll be nice, we promise". A couple of weeks of media silence can do wonders.

Rs can ship migrants to blue states, refuse to negotiate in good faith on immigration, and use racial slurs to smear immigrants, then blame the mess on Biden.

We need to stop pretending that this is okay. Especially when there are reports of those who are obviously overseeing the actual relocations and then fleeing the scene. Why were they not pursued? Also, seize those busses and planes. Make sure to release reports to the media about it all. They won't pass them on, but the facts will be out there and once the rethugs start the blame game, you point to those reports and then you laugh in their faces as they scream about how wrong you are. Then you walk away, laughing and shaking your head.

Rs can refuse to admit that the economy is strong no matter what the statistics show and fill the airwaves with doom and gloom. Biden then gets the blame for a "bad" economy no matter what the facts say.

Same deal. Make sure to ridicule them whenever they speak/print. Point out the facts and laugh as they try to ignore/alter the truth. Then, walk away laughing and shaking your head.

These people need to be treated like spoiled little children.

They are caught up in a game of false equivalence.

One set of rules for Dems, another set for the Tribe of MAGA and their leader.
Doesn't matter if the leader is deposed, befuddled and smells like a stale corner of Hell, it is all BIDEN'S FAULT!
(Fox says Oreo are skimping on the filling. It is a white filling. So obviously some sort of anti-white statement. WTF?)

Why? What motivates the MSM?

To keep people confused, on the edge of their seats, so that they keep coming back for the latest anxiety inducing fix from their favourite media.

You are free to consider most of the MSM as a waste of time and look for your news elsewhere.
Some social media gets the balance right, as do some forums. Free plug for DU there.

The term “MSM” was popularized by right-wing branding experts—don’t use it.

Corporate media is a slave to sponsors and making money. Use it.

Using the terms of right-wing sheeple only confirms their twisted position.
