To make this a true comparison, interactions there should have been included. I suspect it's much higher than some would expect, sadly.

On edit, as others noted, Trump hasn't been back on the platform even though he was reinstated.

I didn't realize that he hasn't been back at all.

It may not be in the contract, but I can see why Nunez, et al, wouldn't want him to post on X.

and after a certain amount of time it could be reposted on Twitter, IIRC. Apparently even 45 thinks his posts are so worthless and time-limited that he does not repost them on Twitter.

with our 24/7 "news" cycle that reports everything he says and which is then posted by other people on various social media.

I am sick to death of hearing his latest nastiness. He belongs in prison--cut off from contact with the rest of the world.

I guess that must be because of the gap between his getting off Twitter and getting Truth Social started up. Not enough data from that year, I suppose.

which will likely be called the "lost year" by future historians because everynody was stuck at home while a nasty disease for which we had few treatments killed people.

I'm an introvert, so lockdown was great for me. Extroverts are the majority and they had a really tough time with only virtua contact allowed if they wanted to live.

So, desperate for social contact, a lot of them fell down the rabbit hole

Now that social interaction is restored, most of them seem to have climbed back out.

Honestly, I thought it would take longer, but in person contact is so important to extroverts that of course the online stuff will get ignored once they can be out and about again.

Any growth of his audience that he has succeeded in generating has been offset by the growth of voters who have opposed him -- which is why he can look forward to losing the popular vote for the THIRD time in a row.
