But he may have given a lot of thought of the time he had with her and how he could keep the memory alive. I don't know. Grief is different for people.

It’ll give him support and validation, and allow him to focus on other things, hopefully without TOO much guilt. I’m sure there’ll be many cards and notes from fans and viewers. That should help a little, also.

When I started working a few centuries ago, that’s the moment my mom had the first of several heart attacks. I’d just gotten my first paying job at my first radio station - as an editor’s assistant.

I knew I had no medical expertise to offer, and couldn’t do anything of direct value that would make much difference. And I didn’t want to crawl into a shell at home and mope and worry cuz that wouldn’t do any good either. So I put on as many green-colored accessories as possible when I got dressed (green for healing, health, and renewal) and went in to work. And it DID take my mind off my troubles and that really helped.

And she got through it, too. Lived another 30 years.
