(Yale) along with constitutional scholars Professor Lawrence Tribe and Judge Luttig are wrong. yet what credentials do they have?

It almost seems too easy.

She laid out a complicated decision in such a calm, clear manner.
I hope she's getting plenty of security, though. We all know she'll need it.
