Not only is it not relevant, it contains all the usual buzzwords about Israel and all the worn out gaslighting bullshit telling Jews that they need to be schooled in identifying antisemitism.

I don’t understand the point other than to dig up some opinion piece about how Israel is an awful country. The article is rather typical for the British press.

On edit: So now we learn all about the author of this article from the link provided by DavidDvorkin in post 6. Not only is the article 21 years old, it was written by a Jew Hater not just gaslighting the readers but also himself about his on virulent antisemitism.

In the court of Jeremy Corbyn, few wield more power and evoke stronger reactions than Seumas Milne.

The British Labour party leader’s director of communications and strategy, Milne is a hardline and uncompromising left-winger, and a fierce opponent of Israel. If Corbyn makes it to Downing Street, his most senior aide is likely to act as an outrider, reinforcing and encouraging an anti-Zionist agenda that will be unprecedented in a West European state.

There are leftists who are not antisemites, there are antisemites who aren't leftist, and there are leftists who are antisemites.

Guess which group escapes the author's attention.

And yes, there are people who can criticize Israel without being antisemitic, but their numbers are few and dwindling.
