Can someone here answer how TFG can make statements like "i'm gonna get rid of the Constituion if elected" and not be

Guilty of Insurrection? I mean the fucker took an OATH to DEFEND it. Isn't this comment PROOF that he is guilty of article 14? Will Smith use this comment in court against TFG?

to the horrific things he says (and means) with that "oh, it is just Trump being Trump" attitude. Only a small proportion of those who know him best have stopped doing so and realized the danger.

7. They have made him a feature of the permanent cultural spectacle.

The endless parade on your screens. They've divided us up into teams. Red vs Blue. They've fully separated 'politics' from the spectacle. When people go to vote they vote for their team, and it has nothing to do with 'politics', which they mostly find too confusing to understand. They vote the same way they vote for other spectacle contests.

For example, republican voters in NH support tRump(pew) by 60% or so. These same people support abortion rights by 60% or so. It is a complete disconnect.

We live in the Society of the Spectacle and have for a long time now.

There are dump trucks full of evidence to convict trump in a court of law.

For Trump, this has always been about intimidation of judges, prosecutors, witnesses, jurors, and his #1 strategy, Delay.

We should have a good idea by the end of January if Trump will get to trial pre-election.

Time Matters.

11. Agreed. It has become pretty apparent that our justice system in not balanced.

It probably has always been this way and maybe I just didn't pay that much attention. Our society has been transformed into a system of those that can afford to play the system and those that cannot. For those who can get quality legal help they can pretty much get away with anything by using delay, or simply by using influence.

I'm not sure it will ever return to what I used to think of as normal. As a 73yo white person male, I've never witnessed this. l think minorities have been dealing with injustice for a long, long time. It is quite exhausting.

This is might be the root cause of "white grievance" which is so disruptive these days.

in (for the first and LAST time (hopefully)).

He won't be able to run or at least, his name will be stricken from enough ballots that his vote totals won't come close to winning.

Personally, he needs to be thrown in jail for threatening Americans of all stripes. I'm sick and tired of his threats.
