We all barely survived raygun and the bushes, at least I didn't lose my love for politics because of them. Since the rat bastard of all rat bastards made the scene and effed up the world, I find myself caring less every day. I don't watch any of m usual news shows at all. I get most of my news here because I don't have to listen to or look at anything if I don't want to.

While we were all living in our comfortable cocoons the slow rolling tsunami of hate and insanity got us while we were sleeping. I'm afraid that it's too late to stop or fix any of this.

I’m tired. Nearly 8 years of my 12 years of retirement have been with deep hate and dispise. No end in sight. Watching God’s newest spawn, Johnson, flap his gums at the border, smooth as can be, knowing it was all lies and bullshit, but floating around on his BuyBull, untouchable, made me vomit.

I am sure people during the Civil War, WWI, the tumult of the Interwar Years and Prohibition, WW2, the Cold War, the Civil Rights protests and riots, etc... also felt that "it is too late to stop or fix any of this" but things got a little better. Right now we are still in the rightward swing, or perhaps at the apex of the swing and getting ready to start the swing left.

We have gone through things like this repeatedly. Every generation thought it might be "the end".

My main concern is the pain that we will have to go through to correct the course. I don't care if I suffer so much. I don't want my children to suffer.

At least the US variety. They've been in the tank for the wealthy and the traitor thugs for decades now. You'll be more informed if you shut them off and get your news from media outlets that aren't full of traitors. Start with the Guardian, and ProPublica.

Even watching one hour of NHK (Japan's state-run media) will keep you better informed of what's going on in the US than 90% of US traitor scum media.
