Most importantly it trashes the concept of innocent until proven guilty, in a Court of Law, by ones peers.

Trump hasn't even been charged with an insurrection crime.

If you allow any State to exclude a candidate...

Why can't the AG in Burning Cross County, AL accuse Biden of... I don't know... whatever and have the local Courts make a finding that he's an insurrectionist. Doesn't matter if it's REAL because the Constitution supplies NO GUARDRAILS
