Supreme Court will not rule on whether or not Trump "engaged in insurrection" ?

That's what the talking heads on CNN are saying.

But, would they leave the decision by the Colorado Supreme Court as is, when they unanimously agreed that Trump "engaged in insurrection", without clarifying it further?

Would that part of the Colorado decision then stand?

It would be helpful if another Court ruled that January 6th was an "insurrection", in my opinion. It would mostly remove that argument from the MAGA Repubs that continue to say it was not an "insurrection". As does Donald Trump.

If they continue to skirt around the issue of "insurrection", then very few people will be persuaded or changed from their present beliefs.

Meaning and reach as in is the presidency within the scope of Section 3 – not whether Trump engaged in insurrection.

Capitol and stop the steal.

Second of all, then his followers did exactly that, went down to the Capitol and attempted to stop the proceedings by forcing their way into the Capitol building and interrupting the proceedings.

Sounds like an insurrection to me. Why doesn't anyone else have the courage and guts to admit these facts? How many hundreds of insurrectionists been trialed, found guilty, and sentenced?

What does it f**king take, to admit and accept this as fact? It was plastered on national TV that tens of millions of us saw.
