He's kept a low profile, for obvious reasons. I always thought of Beau as his father's son. But now I'm getting a better look at Hunter, and yeah, I see Joe there, too.

I have friends working the program, and oh, I know what addiction can do. An acquaintance just lost his twenty-something son to it. Kid had been clean for months, relapsed and this time it was lethal. Addiction doesn't care how rich you are, or where you come from. Just tragic. I hope you're wrong that the GOP are trying to make him start using again. That's beyond the pale, even for them.

These friends I referenced all have a creative bent. Seems to go with the territory. I like Hunter's paintings, what I've seen of them.

As for Hunter taking advantage of his father's connections, I know people right here in my own town who've done the same thing. Don't like it, but that's the world.
