Trump: It would be hard to enjoy 'golden years' of retirement without immunity

Tough shit. He doesn't deserve golden years when he's wrecked so many other people's futures.

Trump: It would be hard to enjoy ‘golden years’ of retirement without immunity
by Sarah Fortinsky - 01/10/24 10:59 AM ET

Former President Trump claimed Tuesday that if U.S. presidents were not broadly protected by presidential immunity, their retirement years would be plagued with legal battles that would make it difficult to enjoy their “golden years.”

In a series of posts Tuesday, Trump doubled down on his presidential immunity defense, hours after attending arguments before federal appeals court judges in Washington.

“WITHOUT IMMUNITY, IT WOULD BE VERY HARD FOR A PRESIDENT TO ENJOY HIS OR HER ‘GOLDEN YEARS’ OF RETIREMENT,” Trump wrote Tuesday afternoon on Truth Social.

Had you followed the rules, upheld your oath of Office, defended the Constitution, you would not be in the mess you are in.

Tough shit, Dipshit!

Always someone else's fault.

If the courts find a president has unconditional immunity Biden should send him to Guantanamo to be held incommunicado.

The hundreds of thousands of excess deaths from Covid 19, people who foolishly listened to your ignorant prattling instead of the medical advice from career public health officials and medical professionals. Those people paid with their lives, but when you got Covid, it was off to Walter Reed where they threw everything they had at the virus and you escaped with your life.

So, in a word defendant, fuck off.

Really, how can a lifelong criminal relax and enjoy the fruits of his crimes if he has to worry about being prosecuted?
