Who Gives A Damn About Iowa

I didn't watch 1 minute of coverage and it appears it was pre-ordained, the race was called for Trump before most of the delegates voted which would definitely skewer the final vote for Trump.

I'm moving on to NYC and the E. Jean Carroll Trump lawsuit. Just guessing that Trump won't show up, the poor guy is distraught over the death of his MIL.

3. I couldn't care less about Iowa. It is a red state that means nothing in a presidential election.

Everyone knew Trump was going to win there anyway.

115, 000 showed up to caucus. Down from the last two elections.

56, 200 voted for Trump. His true believers who hang on his every word. They may be loud and loyal but they are definitely in the minority.

How?

You think people in a Caucus Room changed their vote because somehow they heard a report on cable news?

What do you imagine the vote would have been otherwise?

but I have observed in non-caucus elections that projections are not made until the polls close.

I understand that you are well versed in the inner workings of politics so my question to you is, why should a caucus-style vote not have to wait until after everyone has voted like a regular primary vote is done?

If I haven't voted yet and people are telling me that Trump already won then my vote for someone else doesn't mean a damn thing, I may as well vote for Trump.

Think. Again.

...I couldn't care less and I don't take the republican idiots as a serious political party.

Yeah, they're gonna run someone against Biden and all the other seats up for grabs, and with gerrymandering, vote suppression, and whatever other undemocratic BS they will use, there's a serious danger they might take some seats and possibly the presidency.

But NONE of them belong in any position of power if the U.S. hopes to be a strongly positive nation, so to me they ALL need to be beat no matter what lies and nonsense they're willing to blabber on about.
