Trump this am in the E Jean Carroll penalty case as he was sitting in the court room posted this

Can you believe that I have to answer to this woman’s false stories? Very rough quote posted on truth social. From Raw story.

Doesn’t this violate the judges orders? Can this be subject for greater civil penalties or does it
this violate the judge’s orders on his behavior in court? Or is posting on social media in court not
covered by the judge’s rulings about his behavior?

HOWEVER, it can likely be used by Carroll's attorneys as more evidence of his contempt for the victim and continued defamation which could add to the jury's consideration of a penalty.

He is should be on the hook for at least $10 million to Ms. Carroll plus court costs for defamation.
I wonder if this might add to that amount?

What are the odds that E. Jean is actually going to see a penny of what he owes her? Slim to none. So, just multiply the stunts the ogre keeps pulling by X amount.

He is continuing to defame her by basically calling her a liar WHILE the penalties for him being found liable for defaming her are being considered.

Usually penalties are decided by the damages caused to the victim, and then punitive damages are considered as a deterrent for future behavior. If Trump isn't even stopping while the penalties are being decided, he is not going to stop unless a severe enough penalty is given.

If not, can the judge do anything to impose like say 50% interest to HER, if some type payments aren't started by like say 30 days?

and unless he's typing under oath, he's not perjuring himself.

He's just lying, as usual, which is the reason he's there again, waiting to hear how much he's going to have to pay her this time. There is no question as to his guilt, since his social media postings speak for themselves and he's on video doing the same at his pep rallies for hate.

Best he an hope for is tying this up in appeals.

and it's that lack of character which draws his own base closer and closer everyday to the very drain he himself is dancing and circling around.

91 criminal indictments and counting isn't something a rational mind can ignore.

At this point, I am more concerned about his base than I am about Trump. We have a portion of our country who think that Trump is a positive role model and great leader.

So he continues to defame her after the first case concluded he defamed her and this second case is about tallying damages while he was president plus the defamation that occurred after the first case concluded.

EJ Carroll's lawyer can add this to the tab.
