11. I'm convinced two things will occur

Once he can't get out of the trials, he will first have his legal team propose a plea bargain/no contest plea with terms that are patently ridiculous(no admission of guilt, no jail time, no prohibition on holding public office, etc..). It wont be accepted by the DOJ and he will then scream all sorts of nonsense about America being over. He will then, in pretty clear language, tell his fan club that there is nothing left to be done but "2nd Amendment solutions". This will lead, finally, to the "out" the GOP was looking for and further criminal charges.
