Mr. 'I Can Do/Say Whatever the Fk I WANT Is Now Threatening the Supreme Court

Trump warns Supreme Court of ‘chaos and bedlam’ in ballot removal case

'Jailing and killing Americans': Expert issues dire warning on Trump’s latest claim

Trump’s latest pronouncement, an overnight outburst directed at the U.S. Supreme Court, claiming he is entitled to “complete and total immunity”... even if he “crossed the line,” is being seen as a dangerous and deadly threat and a harbinger of what a second Trump ... term would mean.

Professor Ben-Ghiat did not mince words on Thursday.

“Trump is telling Americans very clearly that he will be jailing and killing Americans,” she warned. “Anyone who votes for him is complicit with these future crimes because of this transparency & these threats. Americans cannot say they did not know ahead of time.”

Comparing Musulinia Orban Franco Putin Hitler and TFG. How they came to power, than seized power.

Very thought provoking and quite scary when considering our current situation.

First of all, the DC Court of Appeals is going to tell him to go fly a kite. It was obvious that they weren't buying anything that shyster lawyer of his was trying to sell, and his claims have gotten even more outlandish since then. I think they're going to smack him down, hard.

When he appeals their decision to the SC, I think SCOTUS will let it stand. If they agreed to hear it, he'd expect them to rule in his favor. They know that, and I don't think they'll want to put themselves in the position of either rendering a ludicrous decision or making themselves the targets of his rage. They won't touch it.

I just hope the Appeals Court doesn't take much longer to hand down their ruling. When they do, I think it'll be a treat to read!

and that has rolled back Affirmative Action and the Voting Rghts Act? The court of THOMas and Alito? I'm glad some people have confidence in their integrity. I certainly DON'T.

I definitely don't think they have much of that! mThere are other factors, however, as I said in my previous post:

I don't think they'll want to put themselves in the position of either rendering a ludicrous decision or making themselves the targets of his rage. They won't touch it.

They have already shown that they are not inclined to automatically rubber stamp everything he sends up there. I haven't been keeping track but I know they have declined to hear his appeals of lower court decisions on more than one occasion. I honestly don’t think most of them like him very much. Even the 3 who were nominated to the court by him don't seem to be huge fans.

And this time, what he is asking for - complete immunity for anything he does while in office, no matter how heinously criminal - is the most ludicrously outlandish thing yet. If they (or rather the 6 conservatives) were to rule in his favor, they would instantly become the laughingstock of the legal world! I'm quite sure they don't want that. A couple of them might possibly be crazy enough, but all 6? No way. And the libs definitely won't touch it with a 10 foot pole.

So yes, I think he'll lose this one. Not because of how much integrity any of them have, but because I don’t think they'll be willing to make asses of themselves just to make him happy!

The Supreme Court is not a brave lot. Remember how irate they got a while back when the protesters out front were scaring them simply by protesting? I don’t think they will take death threats lightly. They need to nip this mobster tantrum in the bud before it’s too late, if in fact it isn’t already!
