Hunter Biden Witness's Lawyer Says Comer Lied About Client's Testimony

The attorney for Kevin Morris, a witness in the Hunter Biden investigation, sent a scathing letter to House Oversight Chair James Comer demanding that he release a full transcript of his client's deposition immediately after he alleged that Comer mischaracterized the testimony to the public.

Again.

The letter begins by noting that he expressed concerns before the deposition that Comer and Jim Jordan had cherry-picked and misrepresented testimony of other witnesses during their investigation without releasing transcripts, and that he was given assurances it would not happen with Morris. He said Comer double-crossed them on their agreement:

"Not two hours after we left ... you issued a press statement with cherry-picked, out of context, and totally misleading descriptions of what Mr. Morris said. So much for the promise of your staff that Morris would be treated fairly."

Hunter should have just kept showing up demanding to be grilled in a completely open transparent way. This would have been beautiful watching Comer Pyle blubber and choke about how Hunter is refusing to go behind closed doors, but more than willing to testify in public.

But no....so predictable for Democrats. They always fail to see political opportunity, or they simply have too much hubris to think they need to stage anything that might come off as a stunt. That they are above that. "We go high"... when what they should be thinking is that in this year, they need every battle win they can get.

Now Comer Pyle will be able to flip this and use it for himself instead.
