This cop should go to prison. The lady cop saw the camera so not likely to lie for him but the other cop did nothing to stop it.

In a fair fight, my money is on pretty much anyone else. He's having a tough time landing punches from behind against someone who's not fighting back.

And yes, it appears totally unprovoked. Maybe the guy said something, but obviously that doesn't justify a beating.
