Zelensky is worried that Trump would arrange a wholesale surrender to Putin. That's a very reasonable concern. Trump has a history of rhetorically fellating Putin. Trump appears totally in the tank for Putin. The worst possibility is that Trump will freeze all help for Ukraine and tell Zelensky he better surrender. Personally, I see this as quite likely.

election the lying POS trump will say he has negotiated a deal. I think there are a lot of Americans who would consider that negotiated end to the war a positive.
