They have a plan to manipulate or steal the election.
They know that if Democrats hold the Presidency and possibly congress it is game over for many of them.
They will "win" at any cost to avoid jail.
I hope our FBI, CIA, Homeland Security etc.. have all the bases covered to prevent a "win" for the con party.
In my opinion the only way for the Democrats to win is overwhelming voter turnout for an overwhelming BLUE WAVE that cannot be overcome under any circumstances.

All the votes in the state as the State Supreme Court had originally ruled. A Court of a democratic country order a state to stop counting votes.

Because the state failed to count all the votes, W won Florida. So the current Supremes could easily enough stop counts in several states to prevent a full accounting of all votes.

Suppose Trump thinks 5 states that are voting, are rigged systems and he goes before the Supremes to stop those states from finishing the vote count?

The Supremes broke a lot of standing precedent to get W in the white house. They ignored States Rights in the state's Supreme Court ruling, they used the 14 amendment as if two rich white men weren't being treated fairly, they got involved in selecting a president when the Constitution clearly has procedures for congress to deal with problem certifications. The Supreme Court of a democracy stopped the vote count.

There are a bunch of other scenarios that could put the vote counting issue before the Supremes. It wasn't just declaring the SoS certifying the results that gave the win to the GOP.

The ruling was biased and wrong on so many levels, and even the SC justices knew it. They declared that the ruling should stand alone and not set a precedent for any future cases.

I remember a photograph of a bunch of angry people standing outside the door of where the election workers were counting the votes, who were later identified as right wing operatives. Remember the “hanging chads”?

Our country would have been in a much better place today had the election workers been allowed to count all the votes.

Stone helped to stop the counting of the vote in Florida 2000.

Trump got into the White House thanx to Russia, facebook, Cambridge Analytica, the
electoral college, and a shit ass media that liked to suck Trump’s dick because he was
good for ratings and money. The non stop pushing of a Russian backed lie of HRC and
her email’s didn’t help. Having a Russian paid off agent in the NYC of the FBI rat fucking
things and The NY Times coverage also played big in helping Trump.

The GOP knows they will lose in an honest election because they knew what they are selling
is not popular with the majority of Americans so the lie, cheat, and have dirty players inside
the media.

Racism and suppression of the black vote has also been a factor throughout the republican

Think about the wing-nuts in Arizona who want all ballots counted by hand, which is less accurate but also gives Republicans the opportunity to discard a few. As we learned in Georgia, the Republican elections officials had keys to the offices and were there after hours to copy files and machine programming. Most Republicans in charge of elections probably now have copies of that Dominion software with instructions for how to modify it after machines have been sealed for voting.

The violent threats to elections workers that is causing them to quit is to make it difficult to have equal numbers of Republicans and Democrats when people are voting and votes are being tabulated. That is deliberate. If there is a way Republicans can find to cheat, especially in the states that swing the EC vote, they will do so. Given the worship of Trump, I trust not one Republican to do what is right.

The Extreme Court is ready to stand and deliver. The Reich-wing majority on the Court has given us enough mixed results so that we wouldn't take drastic action to expand the Court or impeach the crooks. They've kept their powder dry, ready for the crucial moment.

And now the tech-bro oligarchs have control of both xitter and zuckbook. The Reich wing has an even better gift from them this time: AI, with its immense capacity to cause confusion and chaos. It's already started.

We missed the opportunities to fix things when we had the Executive and Congress. We could have done something about the Court. We could have prosecuted Trump in 2021. We could have given DC and Puerto Rico statehood. We could have taken steps to repair the massive lack of democracy in the US. But we dilly-dallied, playing High Road games and letting fascism ride and grow.
