What I suspect we will see is limited targeted attacks against the group’s perpetuating these attacks.

If we go after their proxy Iran, it will be through sanctions

The only ones who are talking about going to war with Iran are a handful of members of Congress.

The topic was the border bill. In the clip, President Biden said "if that Bill were the law today, I'd shut down the border right now and fix it quickly. And Congress needs to get it done!" (This is when Joy is heard on hot mic saying "starting another fucking war." )

She might have been frustrated/irritated by the border comment or sarcastically suggesting that shutting down the border with Mexico could start another war.

She could have been referring back to how the do nothing Congress is eager to go to war in other places. Right now it's the GOP that's pushing for an Iran confrontation.

But only Joy can say what she really meant.
