https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-13026501/Man-beheads-federal-employee-father-posts-video-decapitated-head-YouTube.htmlA Pennsylvania man decapitated his 68 year-old federal government employee dad - then held up the victim's head for a YouTube video blasting the Biden administration.
Justin Mohn, 32, beheaded his father Michael at their home in Middleton Township, Pennsylvania then displayed the head during a rant blaming the federal government for 'woke mobs' and migrants he claims are destroying the United States.
The appalling 14 minute clip - which remained on YouTube for six hours after it was posted - sees Mohn hold up his father's head in a bloodied plastic bag.
He says: 'This is the head of Mike Mohn, a federal employee of over 20 years and my father. He is now in hell for eternity as a traitor to his country.'

(9,354 posts)between people who believe good and evil are perceived through the intellect, and those who believes there is some other means of perception, more dedicated to oerceivug right and wrong.
Those who believe right and wrong are perceived intellectually often, though not always, tend to attribute the choice of evil to a deficiency of intellect, and therefore to something like insanity, rather than to the deliberate choice of evil. Insanity is an affliction, and generally not one's own fuault. People who believe that theory have a greater tendency to regard the villain as another victim, for whom they can have some sympathy.
You certainly are not required to feel that way, and I'mquick to admit that both persoectives are flawed. But you might want not to imply that people who hold that view are not condoning the evil that some one has done.

There's a bio of a Justin Mohn on Amazon - multiple books, including one called America's Coming Bloody Revolution, published in 2020.
And a novel, The Second Messiah: King of Earth, published in January 2020:
https://www.amazon.com/Second-Messiah-King-Earth-ebook/dp/B083GBZJZW
After a young adult musician named Buster Moon moves from a small farm in Ohio to the affluent city of Colorado Springs, Colorado, he quickly notices things arent quite right, and the people are strange. As Buster becomes the main focus of the city and the entire state, he slowly and painfully learns the dark secret of Colorado involving a widespread Satanic Cult, the Democratic Party, and the Cold War. Eventually, Buster gets more attention than he thought was possible for any artist, but not in the way a normal celebrity does in the way a religious icon does.
The only thing more absurd than this fiction book is the fact that it is loosely based on the life of author and musician Justin Mohn, whose four year stay in Colorado caused multiple lawsuits and changed the possible outcomes of the 2020 U.S. Presidential election by exposing 3 Presidential candidates as corrupt which forced them to drop out of the race.

(31,761 posts)So yeah - very political. This is exactly the kind of thing that happens when you've got at least hundreds of thousands of people steeped in this weird-ass conspiratorial cult shit. For most of them it's entertainment, for a few violent types it's J6. But then there's this. This is what happens when all that poison is so thick in the air and it meets a severely broken brain in a shattered healthcare system.
The purveyors of this bullshit are responsible for this, and they do not care.

There are also dozens and dozens of types of schizophrenia. There are indeed multiple types of paranoid schizophrenia, as that's not the only type. It runs in my family and hit both my grandmother and cousin, so I know a fuck-ton more about it than I would like.
It's a sad, degenerative disease caused by chemical imbalances in the brain... more like Alzheimer's than psychopathy, if Alzheimer's started when you were in the flower of youth and lasted for the rest of your life.
Cultists are not insane (some might be, but it's not a requirement).
Cultists are extremists. This fuckstick was a terrorist, and committed a terrorist act against his own father. Maybe he was insane, too. Maybe even schizophrenic.

Do you see why I might be upset?

You go back RFN and point to me one place where I said all, most or any sizeable percentage of people living with schizophrenia commit violent acts, especially against others. YOU CAN'T because I said no such thing. You go ahead and blame people for being ill if you want, a really strange choice if what you say about your family is true, but I DO NOT.
I am well acquainted, personally and professionally with this set of disorders. Some of my favorite people on this Earth have lived with various types of schizophrenia. One of them very nearly killed me so you can take your sanctimony and place it somewhere appropriate.

(69,364 posts)The GOP is exploiting people's mental health issues by deliberately triggering emotional responses through propaganda and lies.
The goal is to get people upset, angry, thinking emotionally - so they'll vote Republican. But some people go way past just voting Republican. Some people have a lot of mental and emotional issues and they react violently.
Trump deliberately promoted armed, violent rebellion on J6. The Republican Party aids and abets this.

The Punishing Kindle Edition
by Justin Mohn (Author) Format: Kindle Edition
See all formats and editions
It is the year 2481, and Satan has conquered Earth. After rejecting their Messiah and straying from the word of God, humanity falls under complete control of Satan and his minions - a race of artificially modified humans, who no longer call themselves Homo Sapiens, but rather, Homo Demonicus. Satan keeps the entire human race in captivity as his slaves, but the slaves dont know they are slaves until they graduate from high school. Upon graduation, humans are put through The Punishing where they are accused of all their sins from birth until graduation, and punished most torturously. The humans who survive The Punishing then become slaves to the Homo Demonicus for the rest of their lives.
This illusion that humanity is sovereign also allows Satan to observe each human from birth until high school graduation to separate the good humans from the evil humans - the evil humans become Homo Demonicus, while the good humans go through The Punishing and become slaves. God allows The Punishing on humanity because humanity fell so far from morality in the 21st and 22nd centuries that He became ashamed of His creation. As Satan starts breaking his own laws and his kingdom begins breaking down, it starts to look as though humanity might soon become extinct. This causes God to pity humanity, so He sends a being from the most advanced species in the universe to Earth to help a human slave named Rex give humanity a chance to survive.
This novella by author Justin Mohn is just over 100 pages and is intended for mature readers only due to content containing violence, gore, sex, and profanity.

(37,113 posts)One court filing noted that Mohn had trouble finding a job after college. He moved to Colorado for employment at a credit union and then went to an insurance company for a higher-paying position.
In one federal court filing, Mohn was reported to have had domestic issues at an apartment he shared with roommates. The issues led to interactions with the Colorado Springs Police Department.
A 2019 case where Mohn sued Progressive Insurance after he failed to move ahead in the company noted that he was terminated from a customer service job in Colorado because he allegedly kicked open an office door.
In the case, he claimed his lack of advancement at Progressive Insurance and termination were because he was a man.

The phone pinged near the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery and again just outside the National Guard base, where police found the car outside, Angela Watson of Pennsylvania's Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, which oversees the National Guard, said Wednesday.
Mohn had jumped over a fence and entered the base, she said.
The National Guard and the Pennsylvania State Police were both contacted to help find Mohn, and officers took him into custody "without incident" around 9:25 p.m., Watson said. She added that Mohn was "armed with a firearm." No one was injured when he was on the base.
